“Whoever builds a mosque, desiring thereby Allāh’s pleasure, Allāh builds for him the like of it in paradise.” (B. 8:65.)
Rahma Mosque is a Muslim community centre based in the west side of Edmonton, Alberta. It was established by members of Muslim Association of Canada. MAC members are an integral part of the Islamic work in the Edmonton community. Working alongside other mosques and Islamic organizations, we have been able to contribute to the community through our various projects and services. We have committed ourselves to the success of the Edmonton community by taking leadership roles in establishing many of the projects and institutions in the city. You will find MAC members who are Board of Directors of many institutions, Imams in the mosques, teachers in full and part time public and private schools, active social and political workers, members of youth centers and pioneers of local businesses.
